Quantity Surveyor Cum Civil Site Engineer

• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates from drawings and project specifications.
• Measure completed work and prepare subcontractor valuations, and payment certificates.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and material quantities to ensure budget control.
• Prepare and track variation orders, claims, and project cost reports.
• Maintain accurate records of measurements, contracts, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and verify work quantities for billing and cost control purposes.
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 2 Years of Experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and construction site coordination.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Good communication skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
