This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving HR strategy, building scalable systems, and supporting a high-performance, employee-focused culture in a dynamic production environment.This opportunity is being managed by a direct hire recruiting firm on behalf of a global client.Position SummaryThe HR Director will serve as the senior HR leader on-site, partnering closely with plant leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
