Bond County Health Department is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Home Health Team. Working under the direction of the physical therapist, the physical therapy assistant implements the individualized plan of care to help patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury or surgery. Providing therapy and rehabilitation services to patients in the home, the ideal candidate is a compassionate healer who is passionate about their patients and committed to helping them recover their independence and mobility.
