Position: Motorbike Delivery RiderKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver food orders to customers safely and on time.</li><li>Verify orders before leaving the restaurant to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Collect cash payments and process transactions when required.</li><li>Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers.</li><li>Follow assigned delivery routes and traffic regulations.</li><li>Keep the delivery motorcycle clean and in good condition.</li><li>Report vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately.</li><li>Assist with packing and organizing orders during slow periods.</li><li>Coordinate with kitchen and cashier staff regarding delivery status.</li><li>Ensure food quality and temperature are maintained during transport.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and delivery-related concerns professionally.</li><li>Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid motorcycle driving license.</li><li>Good knowledge of local roads and locations.</li><li>Ability to use GPS and delivery applications.</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and responsible.</li><li>Previous delivery experience is an advantage.</li><li>Note: motor bike delivery</li><li>Own motor bike only can apply</li></ul>Work Location: In person
