Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista/Waitress to join our team. The successful candidate will prepare and serve beverages, take customer orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
• Handle cash and POS transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, coffee station, and work areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Refill supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista, Waitress, or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food service.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• English communication skills required; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
