Position: Motorbike Delivery Rider

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders to customers safely and on time.
• Verify orders before leaving the restaurant to ensure accuracy.
• Collect cash payments and process transactions when required.
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and traffic regulations.
• Keep the delivery motorcycle clean and in good condition.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Assist with packing and organizing orders during slow periods.
• Coordinate with kitchen and cashier staff regarding delivery status.
• Ensure food quality and temperature are maintained during transport.
• Handle customer inquiries and delivery-related concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid motorcycle driving license.
• Good knowledge of local roads and locations.
• Ability to use GPS and delivery applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Previous delivery experience is an advantage.

• Own motor bike only can apply
