</div></div></div></li></ul></li><li><div><b>EDUCATION &amp; TRAINING REQUIREMENTS</b></div>
<ul><li><div>Master of Science degree from a NLN accredited graduate program required.</div>
</li><li><div>Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Nurse Practitioner.</div>
</li><li><div>Licensed to practice in State of Iowa in the expanded role.</div>
</li><li><div>Mandatory Reporter of Dependent Adult &amp; Child Abuse Certificate.</div>
</li></ul></li><li><div><b>WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</b></div>
<ul><li><div>Prefer two or more years of practice in the expanded role.</div>
</li><li><div>Must have the ability to demonstrate self-confidence and positive attitude toward self and others.</div>
</li><li><div>Maintains commitment and enthusiasm to goal achievement.</div>
</li><li><div>Excellent team player and communication skills required</div>

<ul><li><div><div>The Patient Financial Services Associate performs varied clerical accounting skills associated with patient accounts and insurance billing. Also includes patient account insurance follow-ups, self-pay balances and patient refunds.</div>
</div></li></ul></li><li><div><b>EDUCATION &amp; TRAINING REQUIREMENTS</b></div>
<ul><li><div>Work requires knowledge of basic grammar and mathematical principles normally required through a high school education, with some postsecondary education preferred.</div>
</li><li><div>Additional training or working knowledge of related business preferred.</div>
</li><li><div>Knowledge of computers, printers, copy machines, adding machines, postage machines and fax machines.</div>
</li></ul></li><li><div><b>WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</b></div>
<ul><li><div>Two years of experience working in hospital finance, physician office or billing and collections or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.</div>
</li></ul></li></ul><div>Salary Range</div>
<div>$18.00 - $25.20</div>
