Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implement and monitor project-specific QA/QC procedures related to electrical works in accordance with the approved Quality Plan.</li><li>Conduct inspection and testing of electrical systems such as:</li><li>Cable laying and termination</li><li>Earthing and grounding systems</li><li>Lighting systems</li><li>MV/LV panels and switchgear</li><li>Generators and transformers</li><li>Fire alarm, BMS, and ELV systems</li><li>Review and verify shop drawings, method statements, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), and material submittals for compliance with project specifications and standards.</li><li>Supervise and witness FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and site testing such as insulation resistance, continuity, and functional testing.</li><li>Monitor calibration status of testing tools and equipment used in inspections.</li><li>Issue and manage NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for inspections and quality-related matters.</li><li>Ensure electrical materials delivered to site meet approved specifications and are stored properly.</li><li>Maintain accurate QA/QC records, including inspection reports, test certificates, and as-built documentation.</li><li>Assist in internal and external quality audits.</li><li>Participate in project meetings to provide updates on QA/QC issues and status.</li><li>Support commissioning activities and final project handover.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of QA/QC experience in electrical works within construction or industrial projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of international electrical standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, IEEE).</li><li>Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.</li><li>Experience in reviewing electrical shop drawings, ITPs, and material submittals.</li><li>Proficiency in using testing equipment and tools.</li><li>Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.</li><li>Certification in QA/QC (e.g., ISO 9001:2015, Electrical QA/QC Inspector) is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Ability to relocate if needed?</li><li>Your Current Salary?</li><li>Are you currently working?</li><li>Notice Period?</li><li>Expected Salary?</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Riyadh (Required)</li></ul>

QA/QC Engineer – Electrical

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with approved project quality plans, drawings, and specifications.</li><li>Perform inspections and tests on all civil activities such as concrete, rebar, formwork, excavation, compaction, asphalt works, etc.</li><li>Coordinate with third-party labs for material testing and ensure reports are submitted on time.</li><li>Review and approve method statements, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), and quality-related documentation.</li><li>Conduct incoming material inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Supervise and verify calibration of testing equipment and tools.</li><li>Issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), recommend corrective actions, and follow up on implementation.</li><li>Attend site meetings, quality reviews, and coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on quality issues.</li><li>Maintain and organize quality records including inspection reports, test results, and site observations.</li><li>Monitor the implementation of the Project Quality Plan and assist in internal audits.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of final handover documentation and as-built records.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in a QA/QC role in the civil construction industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, testing, and relevant international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO, etc.).</li><li>Familiar with quality management systems (ISO 9001).</li><li>Experience with infrastructure, buildings, or heavy civil projects is preferred.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC software systems.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Certification such as ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or relevant QA/QC certifications is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Ability to relocate if needed?</li><li>Your Current Salary?</li><li>Notice Period?</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Riyadh (Required)</li></ul>

QA/QC Engineer – Civil

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from project drawings and specifications.</li><li>Conduct cost estimation and budget planning for civil, architectural, MEP, and infrastructure works.</li><li>Analyze and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations and make recommendations.</li><li>Evaluate progress claims, variations, and change orders submitted by subcontractors.</li><li>Prepare interim payment certificates, final accounts, and project close-out reports.</li><li>Track project costs and ensure they remain within approved budgets.</li><li>Support tendering and procurement processes including preparation of RFQs and bid evaluations.</li><li>Participate in site measurements, inspections, and progress reviews with the site team.</li><li>Ensure compliance with contract terms, FIDIC standards, and company policies.</li><li>Liaise with project managers, engineers, and procurement team to align on cost matters.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;7 years of experience in a construction company (main contractor or consultant).</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost control practices.</li><li>Familiar with FIDIC and standard forms of contract.</li><li>Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Excel, MS Project, Primavera P6, or CostX.</li><li>Excellent skills in numerical analysis, attention to detail, and problem-solving.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus for GCC/MENA-based companies).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Your current location?</li><li>Ability to relocate?</li><li>Are working at this time?</li><li>Last\Current Salary?</li><li>Expected Salary?</li><li>Notice Period?</li></ul>
