Job Title: SCM Executive | FMCG Role: Supply Chain Management &amp; Logistics Location: Gurugram, Haryana Industry: FMCG Experience Required: 3+ yearsAbout the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SCM Executive with strong experience in Supply Chain &amp; Logistics within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement, efficient inventory management, and seamless coordination between vendors, warehouses, and distribution partners.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure timely deliveries.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory planning to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.</li><li>Track and analyze supply chain KPIs and implement process improvements.</li><li>Oversee dispatch planning and order fulfilment processes.</li><li>Handle demand forecasting and supply planning in alignment with sales forecasts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations.</li><li>Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day logistics activities.</li><li>Prepare MIS reports and present supply chain performance insights to management.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Education:</li><li>BE / B. Tech (Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Logistics / Operations / Supply Chain related fields)</li><li>MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or Operations Management</li><li>Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operations (with strong relevant experience)</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management &amp; Logistics</li><li>Mandatory experience in the FMCG industry</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong understanding of supply chain processes and FMCG distribution models</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel</li><li>Inventory planning and demand forecasting expertise</li><li>Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Experience in handling regional distribution networks</li><li>Knowledge of warehouse optimization and cost control</li><li>Exposure to modern SCM tools and digital supply chain practices</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Title: Junior Company SecretaryLocation: GurgaonDepartment: Secretarial / LegalReporting To: Company Secretary / Compliance HeadJob Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Company Secretary to support the secretarial and compliance functions of the organization.
