About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SCM Executive with strong experience in Supply Chain & Logistics within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement, efficient inventory management, and seamless coordination between vendors, warehouses, and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory planning to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
• Track and analyze supply chain KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Oversee dispatch planning and order fulfilment processes.
• Handle demand forecasting and supply planning in alignment with sales forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day logistics activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and present supply chain performance insights to management.

Required Qualifications

• Education:
• BE / B. Tech (Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Logistics / Operations / Supply Chain related fields)
• MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or Operations Management
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operations (with strong relevant experience)
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management & Logistics
• Mandatory experience in the FMCG industry

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and FMCG distribution models
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel
• Inventory planning and demand forecasting expertise
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in handling regional distribution networks
• Knowledge of warehouse optimization and cost control
• Exposure to modern SCM tools and digital supply chain practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
