Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for website and content optimization.</li><li>Implement on-page SEO strategies (meta tags, headings, internal linking, site structure, schema markup).</li><li>Manage off-page SEO activities including link building, outreach, and digital PR.</li><li>Perform technical SEO audits to ensure websites are crawlable, indexable, and fast-loading.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).</li><li>Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for better search engine rankings.</li><li>Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends.</li><li>Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to improve overall SEO impact.</li><li>Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and best practices.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.</li><li>Content optimization and link-building expertise.</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;1,385,289.49 per yearWork Location: In person
