Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Prepare HR-related reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Manage intern hiring, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Support training and development programs for employees.
- Address and resolve basic employee grievances in coordination with senior HR.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on various platforms.
