Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for website and content optimization.
- Implement on-page SEO strategies (meta tags, headings, internal linking, site structure, schema markup).
- Manage off-page SEO activities including link building, outreach, and digital PR.
- Perform technical SEO audits to ensure websites are crawlable, indexable, and fast-loading.
- Track, analyze, and report website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for better search engine rankings.
- Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to improve overall SEO impact.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and best practices.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Content optimization and link-building expertise.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
