Connect With a Wish is currently seeking to hire a full time Office Manager. This position would require 36-40 hours/week. The office manager will be responsible for daily tasks concerning office communication, procedures, data management, and bookkeeping.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage office duties to include but not limited to managing and ordering office supplies with final approval of the director or president.</li><li>Maintain inventory needed for all programs.</li><li>Manage volunteer hours.</li><li>Coordinate all receipts and enter data into Quickbooks for all revenues and expenses, specifically for the operating account at the direction of the treasurer.</li><li>Track credit card spending and pay balance weekly or biweekly, as necessary.</li><li>Handle and direct daily office communications and calendar to include upcoming events, intake of donations and outsourcing of requests.</li><li>Coordinate some office related tasks for interns.</li><li>Keep contact lists up to date.</li><li>Any other needs that may arise in the office.</li></ul>Relevant/Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Proficiency in Quickbooks</li><li>Proficiency in Google Workspace</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 per hourExpected hours: 36 - 40 per weekSchedule:<ul><li>Day shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Night or Weekend events a few times a year</li></ul>Work Location: In personPay: $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
