You will own client communication, support deal flow, manage onboarding, identify growth opportunities, and be the person clients call when they need something done fast.If you thrive in a high-volume, high-accountability environment where no two days look the same, this is the role for you.What You&rsquo;ll Do - Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for an assigned territory of clients. Responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented</li><li>Build genuine relationships with property managers, on-site staff, and key decision-makers across your accounts</li><li>Conduct periodic check-ins and site visits to stay ahead of service concerns and strengthen client loyalty</li><li>Lead client onboarding from contract signature through successful launch, coordinating with Field Operations, haulers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth start</li><li>Host periodic account reviews to assess performance, surface opportunities, and deepen the partnership</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do - Sales Support &amp; Revenue Growth<ul><li>Partner closely with the BDM and Director of Sales to support active deals. Prepare proposals, gather data, coordinate logistics, and ensure nothing stalls</li><li>Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your assigned accounts and bring them to the attention of the sales team</li><li>Assist in packaging and presenting service agreements, turning around polished documents with accuracy and speed</li><li>Support pipeline management by keeping CRM records, client notes, and follow-up tasks current</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do - Service Coordination &amp; Problem Solving<ul><li>Act as the liaison between clients, Field Operations, customer service, and third-party haulers. You connect the dots and make things happen</li><li>Resolve service issues quickly and completely: missed pickups, bin placement, schedule changes, hauler coordination, and anything else that comes up</li><li>Escalate when needed, but always with a proposed solution in hand</li><li>Coordinate with BPO partners and internal departments to streamline service delivery</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do - Administrative &amp; Operational Excellence<ul><li>Manage email and phone communications with urgency. Client inquiries deserve a response within 30 minutes during business hours</li><li>Keep account records, task lists, and project timelines accurate and up to date at all times</li><li>Support special projects, reporting needs, and cross-regional coverage as assigned</li><li>Work hours: 7:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday; availability required on select holidays</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or client-facing customer service in a professional office setting</li><li>A strong communicator (written, verbal, and in person) who can represent Copia with confidence and professionalism</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented. You track everything, miss nothing, and follow through every time</li><li>Tech-proficient. The Business Development Manager is our frontline growth engine. You will identify, pursue, and close new property management clients in your region from the ground up. If you thrive on the chase, love building relationships from scratch, and want uncapped earning potential tied directly to your results, read on.What You&rsquo;ll Do - New Business Development<ul><li>Own a regional territory and build your pipeline from zero - cold outreach, referrals, industry events, and boots-on-the-ground prospecting</li><li>Identify and target property management companies, apartment communities, and commercial properties that are the right fit for Copia's services</li><li>Lead the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, propose, and close</li><li>Package and deliver polished, compelling service proposals within 72 hours of a site assessment - and follow up with urgency</li><li>Represent Copia at trade shows, industry events, and client site visits that open doors and build market presence</li><li>Partner with the Director to align on targets, forecast your pipeline, and push past revenue goals</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do - Account Ownership<ul><li>Once you close a deal, you own it - through launch and into the early relationship. You'll coordinate with Field Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and a strong client start</li><li>Maintain a working knowledge of your accounts: service schedules, key contacts, contract terms, and performance expectations</li><li>Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within your existing book and act on them</li><li>Serve as the escalation point for your clients when issues arise - you solve problems fast and protect the relationship</li><li>As the team scales, account responsibilities will transition.
