Join our dynamic and fast-paced personal injury law firm as a Pre-Litigation Supervisor We&rsquo;re seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated professional who can oversee the pre-litigation department, manage and review settlement demands, and negotiate settlements and liens with precision and professionalism.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise pre-litigation cases and support staff</li><li>Review and proofread settlement demands for accuracy and completeness</li><li>Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense representatives</li><li>Negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers, subrogation entities, and insurance companies</li><li>Handle Medi-Cal, Medicare, ERISA, and other reimbursement matters with Medical Team</li><li>Draft complaints for cases that cannot be resolved pre-litigation</li><li>Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and manage expectations</li><li>Collaborate closely with attorneys and team members to ensure efficient case flow</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in settlement negotiation required</li><li>Prior experience in personal injury law and lien resolution REQUIRED</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical billing, health insurance, and subrogation (Medi-Cal, Medicare, etc.)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred</li><li>Proficient in case management software (e.g., Filevine)</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Note: This is not a complete list of all job duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with this position.
