If you're passionate about helping people, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, delivering a compassionate and professional experience.</li><li>Screen and evaluate incoming calls and emails to assess potential personal injury claims.</li><li>Conduct intake interviews by asking a structured series of questions to gather accurate and complete information.</li><li>Accurately enter and manage data in our case management system.</li><li>Organize and maintain both physical and digital files.</li><li>Transcribe and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Sign up new clients both over the phone and in-person, ensuring all required documents are collected and properly completed.</li><li>Support the legal and administrative team with various clerical tasks.</li><li>Follow up with prospective clients and manage high call volumes with professionalism.</li><li>Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to streamline intake and client onboarding processes.</li><li>Get documents and police reports</li><li>Do paperwork for new clients.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as an intake specialist in a personal injury law firm.</li><li>Fluent in Spanish and English</li><li>Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient in document management and data entry systems.</li><li>Skilled in handling a fast-paced, high-volume workflow.</li><li>Professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities.</li><li>Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to client service excellence.</li></ul>Why Join DC Law Group?
