Operations Manager - Personal Injury

Join our dynamic and fast-paced personal injury law firm as a Pre-Litigation Supervisor We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated professional who can oversee the pre-litigation department, manage and review settlement demands, and negotiate settlements and liens with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise pre-litigation cases and support staff
• Review and proofread settlement demands for accuracy and completeness
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense representatives
• Negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers, subrogation entities, and insurance companies
• Handle Medi-Cal, Medicare, ERISA, and other reimbursement matters with Medical Team
• Draft complaints for cases that cannot be resolved pre-litigation
• Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and manage expectations
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and team members to ensure efficient case flow

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in settlement negotiation required
• Prior experience in personal injury law and lien resolution REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, health insurance, and subrogation (Medi-Cal, Medicare, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Proficient in case management software (e.g., Filevine)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Projected Total Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
