As a key driver of practice success, you will foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork, efficiency, and outstanding patient care.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows to ensure smooth daily functions.</li><li>Supervise dental and administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team.</li><li>Oversee fiscal management by budgeting, financial reporting, and implementing cost-control measures to maximize practice profitability.</li><li>Maintain compliance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations and other healthcare standards to protect patient confidentiality and legal adherence.</li><li>Utilize dental practice management software ( Open Dental) to manage patient records, appointment scheduling, billing, and electronic health records (EHR).</li><li>Coordinate with insurance providers for managed care plans and verify insurance benefits using Vyne Dental</li><li>Ensure high-quality patient care by supporting clinical staff with medical administrative support and managing Dental records efficiently.</li><li>Implement human resources policies including hiring, onboarding, training, and conflict resolution within the team.</li><li>Monitor clinic performance metrics related to patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial health to identify areas for improvement.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare management with strong supervisory skills.{ minimum 5 years experience in dental field )</li><li>Extensive knowledge of dental office systems ( open Dental) for managing electronic health records (EHR) systems.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare compliance standards such as JCAHO accreditation requirements.</li><li>Experience with office management tasks including scheduling, human resources functions, and medical administrative support.</li><li>Strong understanding of dental clinic workflows along with experience in medical administrative support roles within a healthcare setting.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining positive relationships with patients and staff alike.</li><li>Join us in shaping an outstanding dental practice where exceptional patient care meets efficient operations!
