Duties

  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, answering questions about treatment options, financial arrangements, and appointment scheduling with clarity and professionalism
  • Coordinate treatment plans by explaining procedures, benefits, and expectations to patients in an engaging manner
  • Manage patient records accurately, ensuring all documentation complies with privacy regulations and office policies
  • Schedule appointments efficiently to maximize practice flow while accommodating patient needs
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with understanding their benefits and payment options
  • Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
  • Support the dental team by maintaining a well-organized front desk environment and handling administrative tasks such as billing, coding, and correspondence

Experience

  • Prior experience working in dental office setting is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with healthcare workflows( minimum 3 years of experience)
  • Strong knowledge of Dental terminology to effectively communicate treatment details and documentation requirements
  • Proven ability to provide excellent dental administrative support in a fast-paced environment
  • Office experience that showcases organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and customer service excellence
  • Experience specifically within a dental office is a significant advantage, highlighting understanding of dental procedures and patient care protocols
