 As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the sales team while also contributing to the broader strategic goals of the organization.  Key Responsibilities:

 Convert inquiries into course registrations through effective communication and persuasion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist potential students and parents in understanding Digital School by Berlitz&rsquo;s programs, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor team performance, track progress toward targets, and ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in the execution of business strategy by cascading goals, tracking outcomes, and proactively addressing challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Motivate and inspire the sales team to stay enthusiastic, focused, and committed to achieving individual and team goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver regular coaching, feedback, and guidance to enhance team capabilities and foster a high-performance culture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and manage team performance, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to students and parents at every touchpoint.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate timely and accurate reports on enrollment trends, sales performance, and operational updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve client concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tackle any issues faced by team members and provide practical support or solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain partnerships within the education sector to support business growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage all correspondence with professionalism and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold Digital School by Berlitz&rsquo;s communication standards in both verbal and written interactions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4+ years of experience in Leading Sales teams, preferably in an Educational or Service-Oriented environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Call Center background is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sales negotiation and leadership skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
 </li>
