Branch Administrator

Egypt

  • Create and manage course schedules, ensuring accurate instructor and time slot assignments.
  • Create user credentials and provide platform access for students.
  • Track and report attendance and absence for each session.
  • Maintain and update student payment records in coordination with the finance team.
  • Follow up with clients regarding attendance, payments, and course-related inquiries.
  • Send client feedback forms, collect responses, and report insights to management.
  • Prepare regular operational and performance reports.
  • Act as the main point of contact for walk-in and phone inquiries, ensuring professional client service.
  • Manage student files, registration documents, and internal databases.
  • Handle branch correspondence, document filing, and daily operational paperwork.
  • Support HR-related functions such as attendance tracking for instructors and staff.
  • Monitor office supplies, coordinate maintenance, and ensure a well-organized work environment.
  • Assist in coordinating instructor schedules, class allocations, and room bookings.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when needed (e.g., distributing materials, event coordination).
  • Ensure compliance with Berlitz administrative procedures and standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£7,000.00 - E£9,000.00 per month
