- Create and manage course schedules, ensuring accurate instructor and time slot assignments.
- Create user credentials and provide platform access for students.
- Track and report attendance and absence for each session.
- Maintain and update student payment records in coordination with the finance team.
- Follow up with clients regarding attendance, payments, and course-related inquiries.
- Send client feedback forms, collect responses, and report insights to management.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports.
- Act as the main point of contact for walk-in and phone inquiries, ensuring professional client service.
- Manage student files, registration documents, and internal databases.
- Handle branch correspondence, document filing, and daily operational paperwork.
- Support HR-related functions such as attendance tracking for instructors and staff.
- Monitor office supplies, coordinate maintenance, and ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Assist in coordinating instructor schedules, class allocations, and room bookings.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when needed (e.g., distributing materials, event coordination).
- Ensure compliance with Berlitz administrative procedures and standards.
