- Course Scheduling: Create and manage schedules for online courses, ensuring classes are assigned to the correct instructors and time slots.
- Student Onboarding: Create user credentials and grant access for new students to learning platforms.
- Attendance Tracking: Monitor and record student attendance and absence for each session, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Payment Tracking: Maintain and update payment records, coordinating with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Client Communication: Follow up with clients regularly regarding course updates, attendance, payments, and general inquiries.
- Feedback Management: Send feedback forms to clients, compile responses, and share insights with the relevant teams for service improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on course performance, attendance, and operational KPIs.
