Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and deliver MEP projects from project initiation to final handoverCoordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, and internal teamsPrepare, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, cash flow, and resourcesSupervise site execution to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and UAE regulationsEnsure strict adherence to HSE policies, conduct safety inspections, and participate in toolbox talksReview and approve design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and methodEnsure timely procurement, delivery, and availability of materials and subcontractor resourcesLead and manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors to achieve project objectivesConduct client, consultant, and coordination meetings; prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reportsOversee testing, commissioning, snagging, de-snagging, and final project handoverEnsure submission and approval of as-built drawings, O&amp;M manuals, warranties, and handover documentationJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Job Description<ul><li>Presenting rough design drafts for client approval.</li><li>Experience in the Revit program</li><li>Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards.</li><li>Generating Solid and Surface CAD models using AutoCAD software.</li><li>Blending technique and aesthetics to create final designs.</li><li>Presenting various design perspectives for construction improvements and adaptations.</li><li>Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.</li><li>Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.</li><li>Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
