Procurement Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Procurement to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in electrical systems and ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) solutions, such as CCTV, fire alarm, access control, and networking systems. The role involves managing procurement processes and following up on project execution and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle procurement of electrical and ELV materials and systems (CCTV, fire alarm, access control, networking, etc.).

Search for suppliers, evaluate quotations (technical and commercial), and negotiate prices and terms.

Issue and follow up on purchase orders until delivery and installation.

Coordinate material delivery schedules based on project timelines.

Maintain ongoing communication with site engineers to monitor project progress.

Prepare weekly and monthly procurement and delivery status reports.

Verify and process supplier invoices to ensure alignment with POs.

Maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers, contracts, and price lists.

Monitor and follow up on project documentation and internal coordination.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in electrical or ELV sectors.

Good understanding of electrical materials and ELV systems (CCTV, fire alarm, control, etc.).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.

Ability to read electrical drawings and follow up on BOQs.

Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
