<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce projects.</li> <li>Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models.</li> <li>Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance user experience, system efficiency, and data quality.</li> <li>Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, incorporating them into system enhancements.</li> <li>Optimize Salesforce configurations to align with business processes and improve usability.</li> <li>Oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business objectives.</li> <li>Lead and conduct workshops, demos, and UAT sessions with stakeholders to validate solutions.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain clear documentation for business processes, system configurations, and training resources.</li> <li>Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support for Salesforce-related inquiries.</li> <li>Collaborate with delivery teams, managing communication and expectations with stakeholders.</li> <li>Conduct thorough testing and validation, from creating test cases to performing quality assurance.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and team members.</li></ul>

Salesforce Business Analyst
