Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce projects.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance user experience, system efficiency, and data quality.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, incorporating them into system enhancements.
  • Optimize Salesforce configurations to align with business processes and improve usability.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Lead and conduct workshops, demos, and UAT sessions with stakeholders to validate solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain clear documentation for business processes, system configurations, and training resources.
  • Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support for Salesforce-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams, managing communication and expectations with stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation, from creating test cases to performing quality assurance.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and team members.
