Our portfolio includes high-quality production lines and expanding distribution channels across retail, modern trade, and export markets.Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across B2B and B2C channels, with a strong focus on hypermarkets, retail chains, and FMCG distribution networks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving market expansion, increasing market share, and launching new product lines in both local and export markets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies across B2B and B2C channels</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with hypermarkets, supermarkets, and retail chains</li><li>Expand product presence in modern trade and key account channels</li><li>Lead market penetration for meat products, frozen vegetables, and FMCG staples (oil, sugar, ghee, pasta, etc.)</li><li>Identify and develop new sales opportunities in local and export markets</li><li>Manage distributors and supply chain partners to ensure efficient product availability</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies</li><li>Achieve revenue growth and expand market share across all product categories</li><li>Collaborate with production and marketing teams for successful product launches</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in FMCG food sales (mandatory)</li><li>Strong background in modern trade and hypermarkets management</li><li>Existing relationships with retail chains and key accounts is highly preferred</li><li>Experience with meat processing companies or FMCG manufacturers is a strong advantage</li><li>Solid understanding of FMCG distribution, retail expansion, and supply chain operations</li><li>Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills</li><li>Ability to manage multi-category product portfolios</li><li>Export sales experience is a plus</li></ul>Preferred BackgroundCandidates with prior experience in companies such as:<ul><li>Meat &amp; processed food manufacturers</li><li>FMCG distribution companies</li><li>Hypermarket supply chains</li><li>Retail food brands</li></ul>(e.g., similar to Atyab, Americana, Halwani Bros, Mico, Golden Beef, etc.)Pay: E&pound;25,000.00 - E&pound;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
