Al Asaily Group is looking for an experienced Odoo Implementer to lead the implementation, optimization, and continuous development of the Odoo ERP system across the group.

Location: Maadi, Cairo (with regular business trips and accommodation in Damietta as required)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end Odoo implementation project across all modules.
• Manage and supervise the current Odoo implementation partner and ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze business processes and translate operational requirements into effective ERP solutions.
• Follow up on previously implemented modules, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure system adoption and process integration.
• Lead testing, training, change management, and post-implementation support activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience implementing and managing full-cycle Odoo ERP projects across multiple modules.
• Ability to handle large-scale ERP implementations in complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of business processes, system integration, and ERP governance.
• Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:
• Food & FMCG
• Manufacturing
• Import & Export
• Real Estate
• Distribution & Trading
• Multi-branch businesses
