<ul><li>Build and oversee SEO roadmaps tied directly to business outcomes, with a strong focus on lead generation, demand capture, and conversion growth.</li>
<li>Guide quarterly audits, competitive analyses, and opportunity assessments, translating insights into clear execution plans for internal teams.</li>
<li>Provide strategic direction across technical SEO, content priorities, site structure, schema, and performance optimization.</li>
<li>Partner with content and creative teams to ensure SEO intent, messaging, and CTAs support lead-gen paths across the funnel</li>
<li>Identify opportunities across SEO, AEO, content, and CRO to capture high-intent demand within evolving search experiences, including zero-click and AI-assisted discovery.</li>

<ul><li>5&ndash;8+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, ideally in an agency setting.</li>
<li>Proven success using SEO to drive qualified leads, improve conversion paths, and support pipeline growth.</li>
<li>Deep expertise in SEO strategy, content optimization, and analytics.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of integrated digital marketing, including paid search, paid social, UX, and CRO.</li>
<li>Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, and leading SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).</li>
<li>Working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and site structure.</li>
<li>Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, Shopify, Magento, or similar.</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI tools and emerging marketing technology.</li>
