What You’ll Own

• Lead design for digital-first campaigns and brand executions
• Turn creative briefs into smart concepts, campaign platforms, and asset systems
• Design and conceptualize copy across multiple formats: paid social, display, email, landing pages, static and motion assets
• Provide creative rationale and strong visual POV to team members and clients
• Present ideas and work clearly, backed by insight and reasoning
• Ensure brand consistency across deliverables, channels, and formats
• Work closely with the digital team to evolve creative for performance

What You Bring

• 6+ years of professional design experience; agency experience strongly preferred
• Portfolio demonstrating campaign conceptual thinking + social media and digital campaigns
• Strong understanding of design systems that scale across channels
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with Figma or similar collaboration tools
• Experience working within deadlines and fast-moving timelines

Bonus Experience

• Writing headlines, ad hooks, or short-form conceptual copy
• Partnering directly with paid media teams to optimize creative performance
• Motion design or light editing capabilities
• Experience designing for regulated industries
