New Product Development<ul><li>Handle new product development activities from RFQ to SOP (Start of Production).</li><li>Study customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.</li><li>Prepare feasibility studies, process flow charts, and timelines.</li></ul>Design &amp; Engineering<ul><li>Coordinate with design team for product and process design.</li><li>Prepare and review DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, and PPAP documents.</li><li>Ensure design validation as per customer and internal standards.</li></ul>Process &amp; Tooling Development<ul><li>Develop manufacturing processes for press shop, fabrication, welding, machining, or assembly.</li><li>Coordinate with tool room and vendors for die, fixture, and tool development.</li><li>Conduct tool trials and process validation.</li></ul>Costing &amp; Vendor Coordination<ul><li>Prepare product costing and support RFQ submissions.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers for development of bought-out parts.</li><li>Support supplier APQP and PPAP activities.</li></ul>Trial &amp; Production Support<ul><li>Conduct prototype builds and pilot runs.</li><li>Analyze trial issues and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Support smooth transition from development to mass production.</li></ul>Quality &amp; Customer Interaction<ul><li>Ensure compliance with quality systems such as ISO / IATF 16949.</li><li>Attend customer meetings, audits, and technical discussions.</li><li>Handle customer feedback and engineering changes.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain NPD trackers, timelines, and project status reports.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and change management (ECN/ECR).</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Education: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;8 years in NPD / Product Development (automotive or manufacturing preferred)</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings</li><li>APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan knowledge</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,537.04 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

NPD Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesPressing Shop Maintenance<ul><li>Maintain mechanical &amp; hydraulic power presses, press brakes, and related tooling.</li><li>Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, valves, cylinders, pumps, and pressure issues.</li><li>Ensure proper die setting, alignment, and lubrication.</li><li>Monitor press safety systems (light curtains, interlocks, emergency stops).</li><li>Carry out preventive maintenance to avoid press breakdowns.</li></ul>Welding Shop Maintenance<ul><li>Maintain spot welding, MIG, TIG, and projection welding machines.</li><li>Troubleshoot welding transformers, controllers, timers, and cooling systems.</li><li>Maintain welding fixtures, jigs, clamps, and robotic welding systems (if applicable).</li><li>Ensure proper earthing, cable condition, and welding safety compliance.</li><li>Reduce electrode wear and ensure consistent weld quality support.</li></ul>Powder Coating Plant Maintenance<ul><li>Maintain pretreatment plants, spray booths, ovens, and conveyor systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot powder guns, control panels, reciprocators, and recovery systems.</li><li>Maintain curing ovens, burners, temperature controllers, and airflow systems.</li><li>Ensure proper functioning of compressors, chillers, and air dryers.</li><li>Control dust collection systems and fire safety equipment.</li></ul>Electrical &amp; Automation Maintenance<ul><li>Maintain electrical panels, MCCs, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and HMIs.</li><li>Attend electrical breakdowns related to production equipment.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance of motors, cables, and control circuits.</li><li>Support basic automation and parameter setting for machines.</li></ul>Preventive Maintenance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare and execute PM schedules for pressing, welding, and coating lines.</li><li>Maintain breakdown reports, maintenance logs, and spare parts records.</li><li>Identify recurring issues and implement corrective &amp; preventive actions.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,567.94 - ₹35,671.73 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
