About the Role</p>

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Associate to support our medicolegal administrative operations. You will work remotely with a leading Australian medicolegal firm, assisting with scheduling conference calls, nominating treating doctors, and booking appointments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment, is highly organized, and has strong communication skills.</p>

<li><p>Manage calendars across time zones and send reminders for calls and appointments.</p>

<li><p>Maintain up-to-date records of doctors, patients, and schedules.</p>

<li><p>Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow operations.</p><br>

</ul><p>Requirements</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.</p>
</li>
<li><p>2&ndash;4 years of experience in administrative or healthcare administration roles (remote experience preferred).</p>

<li><p>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar, Zoom, Slack).</p>
