We&rsquo;re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support scheduling and dispatching operations. This is a fast-paced, team-focused role supporting field crews and daily job coordination.Full Job Description:We are a growing company looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is critical in helping schedule and dispatch jobs, support field teams, and keep communication flowing across departments.This is a fast-paced position where accuracy, communication, and teamwork are essential. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and willing to step in and support wherever needed as the business continues to grow.Schedule:<ul><li>Monday through Friday</li><li>Morning shift (start time may vary based on business needs)</li><li>In-office position</li><li>Hours will vary based on workload (typically 30&ndash;40 hours per week, not guaranteed full-time)</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Schedule and dispatch jobs accurately and efficiently</li><li>Coordinate with field teams, supervisors, and internal departments</li><li>Ensure all jobs are properly staffed and covered</li><li>Monitor schedules and adjust as needed based on business demands</li><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and internal communication</li><li>Perform data entry, tracking, and reporting tasks</li><li>Assist with timesheet corrections and administrative follow-up</li><li>Support additional office tasks and special projects as needed</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Team player attitude with a willingness to support multiple departments</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines</li><li>Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with the team</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general office systems</li><li>Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn internal software</li><li>Experience in dispatching and scheduling is strongly preferred, especially within traffic control, construction, or similar field operations</li><li>Professional, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset</li><li>Comfortable working with multiple systems at once (scheduling, communication, and tracking tools)</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Starting at $20/hour+ (dependent on experience)</li><li>Generous PTO package</li><li>Opportunities for growth and advancement</li></ul>Additional Note: This role supports active field operations.
