 Job Objective:
 
 
 
 The SAP Retail Lead ConsultantLead Consultant will be involved in Solution Design, Implementation, roll out, support, enhancement, third party integration etc.He/She would be responsible for creation of appropriate documentation for development. He/She is also responsible for completion of the project assigned to him as per set deadlines.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 
 Minimum 8 years&rsquo; experience of which at least 6 years of relevant SAP business process experience in at least 2 implementation/support projects ( minimum 1 implementation) with preferably being in Retail Domain.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 The candidate will do configuration &amp; enhancement related to MM modules of IS Retail as per requirements.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for Materials Management related configuration &amp; enhancement
 </li>
 <li>
 Determination of Pricing Procedures with necessary Condition types, access sequence and Condition tables as per Business requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performed Unit and Integration testing
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination with the ABAP developer by finding the correct tables &amp; fields, which will be used in Z &ndash; programs and reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 End user training, presentations, creating documentation, which includes user manuals, master data manuals and customizing guide and post live support.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Apart from this candidate should possess good communication skills, should be a team player and should have drive for achieving target.

 POSITION&rsquo;S OBJECTIVE: (Brief on position&rsquo;s objective)
 
 
 Coordinate &amp; further marketing objectives in the domain of Social Media Platforms as relevant to Brand &amp; Business.
 
 
 Strong Focus on &ldquo;Beating the Platforms Algorithm&rdquo; using Organic Techniques &ndash; SEO based content, Keywords, Alt Text, #s and other Best Practices plus
 
 
 Role will also require coordination within B&amp;M and with Product/Design, B2C &amp; Markets Teams
 
 
 
 
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Social Media Calendar Structure in alignment with Master Campaign Calendar &amp; Brand Objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication &amp; Content Rollout as per Social Media platforms targeted in alignment with Campaign/Brand Pillar Strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Adherence to timelines for content rollout including scheduling
 </li>
 <li>
 Research, plan and rollout out content curated for Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest and LinkedIn with long-term success objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze the impact of a social media campaign w.r.t pre-defined KPIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Track results, analyze statistics and keep an eye out for new online marketing opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Coordination with In-House Copy and Creative Team
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely/accurate performance analysis and reporting of specific campaigns &amp; initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Platform specific engagement, campaigns, contests &amp; promotions
 </li>
 <li>
 To be able to build a strong relationship within the department and for this; be flexible, preserve confidentiality and work in a team as well as an individual contributor.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Years of Experience:
 
 
 
 3-4 Yrs. Exp. in the area of Social Media and SEO Management
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 
 MBA in Marketing plus Certification/ Diploma in Social Media/Digital Marketing Courses/SEO and Social Media Platform Knowledge
 
 
 
 
 
 
 KNOWLEDGE&amp; SKILLS:
