Performance Marketing

Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and other digital platforms to drive conversions and revenue

Ideate, build & execute customer lifecycle campaigns (Automated & Non-Automated) to increase repeat purchase & LTV from existing customers

Measure campaign analytics to improve efficiency of campaigns– maximize revenue, conversions, engagement metrics

Innovate & drive new marketing initiatives to build app base, customer engagement & stickiness

Coordination with Stakeholders for Campaign Execution: closely with Site, Design & Copy teams to execute all campaigns


Skills Required:

A graduate with 4+ years of relevant experience in Meta & Google

Experience in campaign planning, execution, and measurement KPIs for automation tools like Netcore/Clevertap/WebEngage etc

Experience on working with both App & Website

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Analytics, and similar data analytics tools

Quick learner and highly action-oriented
