 Compensation:
 
 
 <ul>

 Base Salary:
 
 $130,000&ndash;160,000 (higher comp could be available for well qualified candidates) + performance bonus
 </li>

 Be the senior warehousing leader at a key national parts distribution hub

 What You&rsquo;ll Be Responsible For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee daily warehouse operations for two integrated industrial brands
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage both 1st shift and a newly expanding 2nd shift (targeting ~20-hour daily operation)
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and implement KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting cadence
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead ERP/WMS transitions (NetSuite and legacy systems)
 </li>
 <li>
 Champion OSHA compliance and safety culture
 </li>
 <li>
 Run daily stand-up/stand-down huddles and maintain floor visibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve inventory movement, picking/packing, and warehouse throughput
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with IT, production, and customer service on workflow alignment
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and develop supervisors, team leads, and inventory control personnel
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Who You Are
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Experienced Warehouse Leader:
 
 10&ndash;12+ years in distribution or warehouse operations
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Multi-Shift Operator:
 
 Managed 50K+ sq ft facilities with multiple shifts
 </li>
 <li>
 
 KPI-Driven:
 
 Built and enforced performance systems with accountability
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Safety-Focused:
 
 Proven ability to enforce OSHA standards and lead a safety-first culture
 </li>
 <li>
 
 ERP/WMS Pro:
 
 Has led or supported migration/integration of systems (NetSuite/Softeon a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Hands-On:
 
 Maintains daily floor presence and operational engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 
 People Developer:
 
 Managed teams of 30&ndash;40+ and built strong leadership pipelines
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Change Agent:
 
 Comfortable stepping into and stabilizing transitional environments
 </li>
