 Serve as the lead HR presence across two sites, partnering closely with operations leadership and frontline teams

 What will your day look like?
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Employee Relations Leadership:
 
 Manage investigations, performance issues, and terminations while supporting a high-volume hourly workforce
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Recruiting Execution:
 
 Own full-cycle hourly recruiting from requisition through offer stage across warehouse, customer service, and supervisory roles
 </li>
 <li>
 
 HR Operations &amp; Support:
 
 Serve as the point of contact for policies, workers&rsquo; compensation, safety initiatives, onboarding support, and manager guidance
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Who are you?
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 HR Generalist/HRBP Background:
 
 3&ndash;5 years of progressive HR experience with strong employee relations expertise
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Operationally Focused:
 
 Experience supporting warehouse and/or manufacturing environments with a hands-on, floor-oriented approach
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Multi-Site Capability:
 
 Organized and adaptable professional able to manage competing priorities across locations
 </li>
 </ul>
