 to join our growing accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices while maintaining strong internal controls and vendor relationships.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Process, review, and code vendor invoices in accordance with company policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching with purchase orders and receiving documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify invoice accuracy and obtain appropriate approvals prior to payment
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, wire transfers, and other electronic payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconcile vendor statements and investigate payment discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice and payment issues in a professional and timely manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9 documentation and payment information
 </li>

 Assist with month-end close by preparing AP reconciliations, accruals, and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures

 Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounts payable processes and efficiencies

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>

 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
 </li>
 <li>
 High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or similar) preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Microsoft Excel skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of accuracy and attention to detail
 </li>

 Strong communication and customer service skills

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with offer processes. Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS systems. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee questions. Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, escalating issues as appropriate. Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Support performance management processes, including tracking reviews and assisting managers with documentation. Assist with the development and communication of HR policies and procedures. Contribute to HR projects such as engagement initiatives, training programs, and process improvements.  Qualifications
 
 
 
 1-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar role. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus, but not required.
