About the Role: We are seeking a bilingual Human Resources Manager (English/Spanish) with proven experience in the distribution or logistics industry to oversee HR operations in our Hialeah, FL facility. This position is on-site and requires a proactive leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on HR management in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, compensation, and benefits.</li><li>Support management and employees in resolving workplace issues with professionalism and fairness.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local labor regulations.</li><li>Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive company culture.</li><li>Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and workforce development opportunities.</li><li>Coordinate disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and internal investigations when necessary.</li><li>Oversee HR documentation, timekeeping, and payroll coordination to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Participate in the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5&ndash;7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse setting.</li><li>Strong understanding of HR laws and best practices in Florida.</li><li>Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) &ndash; required.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred.</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday, on-site (Hialeah, FL)</li></ul>Employment Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to lead all HR functions in our Largo, Florida facility. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives, ensure compliance, and promote a high-performance culture.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the overall HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and compliance.</li><li>Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.</li><li>Oversee staffing and workforce planning to meet production and operational needs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEOC, OSHA, FMLA, etc.).</li><li>Drive initiatives in employee engagement, retention, and leadership development.</li><li>Manage performance management and succession planning processes.</li><li>Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe, fair, and productive workplace.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees regarding HR matters.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 8&ndash;10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing.</li><li>Proven experience in leading HR operations for multi-shift environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.</li><li>PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday, on-site (Largo, FL)</li></ul>Employment Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $175,000.00 - $190,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
