Human Resources Manager (Distribution Industry)

About the Role:
We are seeking a bilingual Human Resources Manager (English/Spanish) with proven experience in the distribution or logistics industry to oversee HR operations in our Hialeah, FL facility. This position is on-site and requires a proactive leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on HR management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, compensation, and benefits.
• Support management and employees in resolving workplace issues with professionalism and fairness.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local labor regulations.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive company culture.
• Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and workforce development opportunities.
• Coordinate disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and internal investigations when necessary.
• Oversee HR documentation, timekeeping, and payroll coordination to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse setting.
• Strong understanding of HR laws and best practices in Florida.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) – required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred.

• Monday to Friday, on-site (Hialeah, FL)
