We are seeking a Mechanic to join our team.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company vehicles (pickup trucks, trailers, light-duty fleet)&middot; Diagnose and repair equipment including:<ul><li>Compact excavators</li><li>Skid steers/ track loaders</li><li>Wheel loaders</li><li>Lawn mowers</li><li>Small engines and jobsite equipment</li></ul>&middot; Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel/gas engine inssues&middot; Handle preventative maintenance (oil changes, filters, greasing, inspections)&middot; Perform basic welding and fabrication as needed&middot; Maintain service records and tracker maintenance schedules in UpKeep&middot; Coordinate with management on major repairs or outsourced work&middot; Ensure all equipment is safe and job-ready dailyQualifications:&middot; 3+ years mechanical experience (automotive or diesel and equipment)&middot; Ability to work on a mix of trucks and equipment&middot; Valid Driver&rsquo;s License required&middot; Basic knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems and engines&middot; Demonstrate ability to work independently, multi-task and apply initiative&middot; Excellent organizational skills&middot; Excellent verbal communication skills&middot; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills&middot; Computer proficient and experience with a maintenance management system (i.e. UpKeep)Work Environment &amp; Physical Demands: &middot; Must be able to move, sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time&middot; Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs with regularity and up to 100lbs on occasion.&middot; Requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and being regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, hot/cold and while moving equipmentBenefits include:&middot; Health insurance&middot; Paid time off&middot; Paid holidays&middot; Company incentive bonuses&middot; Clean, modern and efficient workplace trucks and equipmentPay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person

We are seeking a Diesel Mechanic to join our team.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, DOT inspections and follow up on repairs&middot; Diagnose, adjust, and repair various types of truck and fleet equipment including but not limited to the following: Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems, Starters/Alternators, Air Conditioning Systems, Fan Clutches, Engine Electronics, Power Steering Systems, Engines (gas and diesel), Transmissions (manual and automatic), Clutches, Differentials, etc.&middot; Use basic hand tools, precision instruments, as well as power tools, welding equipment, and jacks&middot; Accurately complete DOT forms and other forms of documentation in a timely fashion&middot; Work with a high degree of independence&middot; Maintain a high level of productivity and be able to work within or close to most standard repair times&middot; Obtain parts from approved local and national vendors as necessary for the repairs to be performedQualifications:&middot; 3+ years Diesel Mechanic Experience&middot; Valid Driver&rsquo;s License required&middot; CDL-A preferred but not required&middot; State Inspection License required&middot; Demonstrate ability to work independently, multi-task and apply initiative&middot; Excellent organizational skills&middot; Excellent verbal communication skills&middot; Understand and implement instructions, guidelines, and pertinent information necessary to complete daily tasks and assignments&middot; Computer proficient and experience with a maintenance management system (i.e. UpKeep)Work Environment &amp; Physical Demands: &middot; Must be able to move, sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time&middot; Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs with regularity and up to 100lbs on occasion.&middot; Requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and being regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, hot/cold and while moving equipmentBenefits include:&middot; Health insurance&middot; Paid time off&middot; Paid holidays&middot; Company incentive bonuses&middot; Growth opportunities for advancement&middot; Clean, modern and efficient workplace trucks and equipment*In 6 months we will be in a brand new, state of the art facilityPay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
