We are looking for a Visual Storyboard (VSB) Creator to design engaging, instructionally sound visual storyboards for short-form digital learning courses. The ideal candidate will translate learning objectives and scripts into clear visual sequences that guide animation, video, or interactive development.You will collaborate closely with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), animators, and developers to ensure that learning content is visually compelling, pedagogically effective, and production-ready.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create detailed visual storyboards (VSBs) for short-form digital learning modules, microlearning videos, and interactive lessons</li><li>Convert scripts, learning objectives, and outlines into frame-by-frame visual representations</li><li>Define on-screen text, visuals, characters, transitions, animations, and interactions</li><li>Ensure visual flow aligns with instructional design principles and learner engagement</li><li>Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, visual styles, and accessibility standards</li><li>Clearly annotate storyboards with timing, narration cues, animation notes, and developer instructions</li><li>Revise storyboards based on feedback from internal teams and clients</li><li>Support smooth handoff to animation, video, and development teams</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience creating visual storyboards for eLearning, microlearning, or digital courses</li><li>Strong understanding of instructional design concepts and learning flows</li><li>Ability to visualize abstract concepts into clear and engaging visuals</li><li>Proficiency with tools such as:</li><li>PowerPoint / Google Slides</li><li>Figma / Adobe Illustrator / Adobe XD (preferred)</li><li>Storyboarding or design tools (any equivalent)</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration abilities</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working on short-form or mobile-first learning content</li><li>Familiarity with animation or video production workflows</li><li>Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG, alt-text, visual clarity)</li><li>Prior experience in EdTech, corporate training, K-12, or higher education projects</li><li>Exposure to gamified or interactive learning is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 3 monthsPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality animations, contributing creative ideas, and mentoring junior animators while ensuring all deliverables align with the project&rsquo;s creative direction, quality standards, and timelines.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create high-quality 2D animations for characters, environments, explainer videos, and motion graphics</li><li>Translate scripts, storyboards, and concepts into engaging visual narratives</li><li>Collaborate with creative directors, designers, illustrators, instructional designers, and content teams to develop concepts and visual styles</li><li>Lead animation projects from concept to final delivery</li><li>Review animations and provide constructive feedback to maintain consistency and quality</li><li>Mentor and guide junior animators, helping improve team skills and productivity</li><li>Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas</li><li>Prepare and organize animation assets and source files for final delivery, compositing, or handoff</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet defined quality and brand standards</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Photoshop, and Illustrator</li><li>Solid understanding of animation principles including timing, spacing, motion, and character performance</li><li>Experience creating animations for digital, eLearning, or media-based projects</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality</li><li>Good communication and collaboration skills</li></ul>Preferred / Nice-to-Have<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)</li><li>Experience in eLearning or educational content</li><li>Exposure to 3D tools such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D</li><li>Basic knowledge of video editing and audio syncing</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,098.01 - ₹49,935.03 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
