Visual Storyboard (VSB) Creator

We are looking for a Visual Storyboard (VSB) Creator to design engaging, instructionally sound visual storyboards for short-form digital learning courses. The ideal candidate will translate learning objectives and scripts into clear visual sequences that guide animation, video, or interactive development.

You will collaborate closely with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), animators, and developers to ensure that learning content is visually compelling, pedagogically effective, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed visual storyboards (VSBs) for short-form digital learning modules, microlearning videos, and interactive lessons
• Convert scripts, learning objectives, and outlines into frame-by-frame visual representations
• Define on-screen text, visuals, characters, transitions, animations, and interactions
• Ensure visual flow aligns with instructional design principles and learner engagement
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, visual styles, and accessibility standards
• Clearly annotate storyboards with timing, narration cues, animation notes, and developer instructions
• Revise storyboards based on feedback from internal teams and clients
• Support smooth handoff to animation, video, and development teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience creating visual storyboards for eLearning, microlearning, or digital courses
• Strong understanding of instructional design concepts and learning flows
• Ability to visualize abstract concepts into clear and engaging visuals
• Proficiency with tools such as:
• PowerPoint / Google Slides
• Figma / Adobe Illustrator / Adobe XD (preferred)
• Storyboarding or design tools (any equivalent)
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on short-form or mobile-first learning content
• Familiarity with animation or video production workflows
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG, alt-text, visual clarity)
• Prior experience in EdTech, corporate training, K-12, or higher education projects
• Exposure to gamified or interactive learning is a plus

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
