General Manager &ndash; Restaurant &amp; Nightlife OperationsAre you a strategic leader with a strong operational mindset and a passion for hospitality? Local Gastro Bar, one of Pune&rsquo;s most vibrant nightlife destinations, is looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Overall Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and event space to ensure smooth and efficient service.</li><li>Team Leadership: Lead and manage staff across departments including floor, kitchen, bar, security, and guest relations.</li><li>Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at all touchpoints.</li><li>Financial Management: Monitor and control budgets, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
