We are looking for a Corporate HR Executive who can manage end-to-end HR functions across all brands and business verticals.If you&rsquo;re a people-focused professional with experience in hospitality and a passion for building high-performing teams, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Manage the complete recruitment cycle &mdash; from sourcing and screening to onboarding &mdash; for multiple brands and locations.</li><li>Hire for diverse hospitality roles such as restaurant managers, captains, chefs, bartenders, service staff, marketing executives, and support staff.</li><li>Build a strong internal database and maintain relationships with recruitment partners.</li><li>Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate final evaluations with respective department heads.</li></ul>2. HR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).</li><li>Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and relieving documents.</li><li>Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies across all outlets and projects.</li></ul>3. Performance Management<ul><li>Assist in setting KPIs/KRAs and conducting regular performance reviews with department heads.</li><li>Support in designing employee recognition and reward programs to boost morale and retention.</li></ul>4. Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Identify training needs across teams and coordinate skill-development programs.</li><li>Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to align them with company culture and standards.</li></ul>5. Employee Engagement &amp; Culture Building<ul><li>Plan and execute engagement activities across brands &mdash; festivals, employee appreciation days, team outings, etc.</li><li>Foster a positive work environment that reflects the energy and values of our hospitality group.</li></ul>6. Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Work directly with top management to implement HR strategies across all entities.</li><li>Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decisions.</li><li>Liaise with accountants, legal advisors, and senior leadership on policy or compliance updates.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience as an HR Executive (preferably in the hospitality or service industry).</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent.</li><li>Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of hospitality job roles and experience handling mass and niche hiring.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.</li><li>Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage HR operations across multiple brands simultaneously.</li><li>Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and HRMS software.</li><li>Personality: Professional, approachable, and proactive with a positive attitude.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Work with one of Pune&rsquo;s fastest-growing hospitality groups.</li><li>Exposure to multiple business verticals &mdash; from nightlife to fine dining and luxury stays.</li><li>Collaborative and dynamic work culture.</li><li>Competitive salary with performance-based growth opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
