Restaurant Captain

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Captain to join our team. If you have excellent leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to provide an exceptional dining experience to our guests, we want you to be part of our growing brand!

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service Excellence: Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a smooth dining experience from start to finish.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and coordinate the front-of-house team (servers, runners, and bartenders) to ensure service is efficient and high-quality.
• Order Management: Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Training & Mentoring: Train new staff on service standards, product knowledge, and customer care.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Upselling: Promote menu specials and recommend additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Inventory Control: Assist in managing stock levels and ensure smooth operations by keeping track of supplies and equipment.
• Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to health and safety standards, company policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-Focused: A strong passion for providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Appearance: Neat, well-groomed, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Flexible Availability: Must be available to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
