Job SummaryThe Senior Production Engineer is responsible for managing production activities related to fabrication, machining, and assembly, ensuring smooth shop floor operations, quality output, timely dispatch, and achievement of daily and monthly production targets.Job ContextThe Senior Production Engineer works on the shop floor and coordinates with the Assistant Manager, production team, quality, and operators to achieve daily production targets. The role involves monitoring productivity, quality, rework, scrap, ERP reporting, and maintaining 5S and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Read and understand fabrication, machining, and assembly drawings&middot; Plan daily production using Man, Machine, and Material (3M)&middot; Achieve daily and monthly production targets&middot; Update daily production status in ERP system &middot; Coordinate with Assistant Manager for rejection and rework&middot; Monitor and control scrap&middot; Conduct assembly-wise inspection and prepare reports&middot; Prepare and update work instructions&middot; Train new operators on job work&middot; Hold daily meetings with Assistant Production Engineer&middot; Track production progress and operator productivity&middot; Prepare daily and monthly production reports&middot; Plan job inspection and dispatch schedule&middot; Maintain 5S and safety on the shop floorKnowledge &amp; Skill:<ul><li>Knowledge of ERP systems</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word</li><li>Basic reporting and documentation skills</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job description:Key Responsibilities&middot; Achieve monthly &amp; yearly sales/order booking targets by effective planning &amp; execution.&middot; Generate leads, meet customers, understand requirements &amp; recommend solutions.&middot; Prepare offers, conduct negotiations (price, terms, delivery) &amp; ensure timely order closure.&middot; Build &amp; maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants &amp; key decision-makers for repeat business.&middot; Monitor market trends, conduct lost-order analysis &amp; capture insights for positioning.&middot; Take end-to-end ownership from Purchase Order to project commissioning, including MOM handover.&middot; Coordinate internally &amp; with customers for proposals, project updates &amp; delivery commitments.&middot; Handle customer visits, pre-dispatch inspections &amp; support smooth erection &amp; commissioning.&middot; Take complete ownership of customer complaints: analyze, coordinate internally &amp; ensure closure.&middot; Provide proactive customer handling in urgent situations.&middot; Participate in exhibitions (domestic &amp; international), support marketing materials (print &amp; digital).&middot; Maintain updated sales pipeline, forecasting &amp; customer database in MIS.&middot; Ensure timely submission of sales reports/data to the Business Development Head / Director.&middot; Adhere to sales process discipline, activity reporting &amp; company guidelines.Requirements&middot; Engineering graduate (any stream).&middot; 2&ndash;3 yrs direct sales in Capital Equipment / SPM.&middot; Target-oriented, excellent communication &amp; presentation skills.&middot; Proficient in MS Excel &amp; PowerPoint.&middot; Willingness to travel extensively (domestic &amp; international).Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
