Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.</li><li>Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders as per requirements.</li><li>Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost optimization.</li><li>Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, consumables, spares, and services.</li><li>Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and accounts departments.</li><li>Track order status and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery.</li><li>Verify material receipt as per purchase order and quality standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and MIS reports.</li><li>Handle vendor payments in coordination with the accounts department.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.</li><li>Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.</li><li>Support audits by providing necessary procurement documentation.</li><li>Use ERP systems for purchase entries, vendor management, and reporting.</li></ul>Vendor Management<ul><li>Maintain vendor master data.</li><li>Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluation.</li><li>Develop alternate suppliers to reduce dependency risks.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of procurement processes and documentation.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems .</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
