Job description:
Key Responsibilities
· Achieve monthly & yearly sales/order booking targets by effective planning & execution.
· Generate leads, meet customers, understand requirements & recommend solutions.
· Prepare offers, conduct negotiations (price, terms, delivery) & ensure timely order closure.
· Build & maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants & key decision-makers for repeat business.
· Monitor market trends, conduct lost-order analysis & capture insights for positioning.
· Take end-to-end ownership from Purchase Order to project commissioning, including MOM handover.
· Coordinate internally & with customers for proposals, project updates & delivery commitments.
· Handle customer visits, pre-dispatch inspections & support smooth erection & commissioning.
· Take complete ownership of customer complaints: analyze, coordinate internally & ensure closure.
· Provide proactive customer handling in urgent situations.
· Participate in exhibitions (domestic & international), support marketing materials (print & digital).
· Maintain updated sales pipeline, forecasting & customer database in MIS.
· Ensure timely submission of sales reports/data to the Business Development Head / Director.
· Adhere to sales process discipline, activity reporting & company guidelines.
Requirements
· Engineering graduate (any stream).
· 2–3 yrs direct sales in Capital Equipment / SPM.
· Target-oriented, excellent communication & presentation skills.
· Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
· Willingness to travel extensively (domestic & international).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
