This position communicates with employees and departments regarding pay and other customer concerns or complaints to resolve issues. Interprets monitors and analyzes information as it relates to payroll processing. Processes payroll per establish guidelines and timing. Reviews data before and after the actual payroll process. Performs functions in support of the day-to-day operations of Payroll. Provides feedback in planning and development of department goals, strategies, and processes.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Process/update manager self service transactions (tax and direct deposit updates).</p></li><li><p>
Process/analyze payroll queries for updates to FICA taxes, students with SUI, Presheet Audit.</p></li><li><p>
Review timesheets in OneUSG Connect for exceptions (missed punches, long intervals).</p></li><li><p>
Enter pay entries in automated on-line entry panel each bi-weekly cycle.</p></li><li><p>

Job Summary</b></p><p>
Reporting to the Director of Annual Giving, the Associate Director of Constituent Programs is primarily responsible for drafting solicitations and engagement communications for Annual Giving, creating and executing college level appeals and managing the execution of targeted solicitation programs.</p><p><b>
Job Duties</b></p><p><b>
Annual Giving Campaigns:</b></p><p>
Primarily responsible for drafting and editing direct mail, email, and digital pieces for Annual Giving campaigns, ensuring messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with university branding.</p><ul><li><p>
Support Director in creating a comprehensive annual giving calendar for quarterly appeals and targeted solicitation program.</p></li><li><p>
Work closely with Director and Advancement Communications on creative direction and messaging for quarterly and ad hoc appeals.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate with IT to obtain accurate data based on segmentation plan.</p></li><li><p>

Meet with AVPs and communicators bi-annually to establish priorities and set goals and objectives for each semester&rsquo;s targeted solicitation.</p></li><li><p>
Provide timely updates and reports of campaign performance and implement data-driven strategies to improve outcomes.</p></li></ul><p><b>
Targeted Solicitation Programs:</b></p><p>
Support the Director to execute target solicitation programs in collaboration with the Advancement Communications and Donor Relations teams including parents and family, faculty and staff, matching gifts, and loyalty giving.</p><ul><li><p>
Develop and execute annual calendar of solicitation, engagement and stewardship including targeted Georgia State Day communications and engagement.</p></li><li><p>
Plan and attend events to engage target groups such as Donuts with Development, sporting events, Orientation, and Family Weekend.</p></li><li><p>
