Support Student Field Placement:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Under supervision of and in coordination with ABA Program Director, refer graduate students to fieldwork sites and provide ongoing advisement to students regarding field experiences. Help to resolve student issues in field placements, including re-placement of students and re-evaluation of agreements when needed.</p></li></ul><p><b>
Fieldwork Site Evaluation:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Maintain database of graduate student fieldwork placement sites and associated quality metrics. Establish and monitor related quality standards for fieldwork sites and practicum partners.</p></li></ul><p><b>
Manage Fieldwork Site Communication and Conduct Site Visits:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Perform virtual or in-person visits to fieldwork placements sites and practicum partners to evaluate quality of training experience and alignment with quality metrics. Respond to external inquiries and communicate with external stakeholders (e.g., schools and agencies) about student field experiences and practicum partnership opportunities.</p></li></ul><p><b>
Establish and Review Practicum and Field Placement Agreements:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Support program faculty in establishing formal agreements and partnerships with fieldwork sites that meet quality standards. Monitor ongoing alignment of sites and field experiences with established agreements.</p></li></ul><p><b>
Maintain Necessary Documentation:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Maintain paperwork and documentation related to student field experiences (e.g., memoranda of understanding, student supervision contracts with field supervisors, student fieldwork records). Coordinate with other departments and units as needed.</p></li></ul><p><b>

The University Library </b>is seeking to hire a<b> </b><b>Library Team Associate III on </b>a full-time basis at our Atlanta campus. The scope of the responsibilities will include these essential duties, but is not limited to the following:</p><ul><li><p>
Review, edit, and verify requests for print and electronic books and media for the Atlanta and Perimeter campus library collections.</p></li><li><p>
Search online catalogs and vendor sites for item availability for all book and media orders considered and requested for purchase.</p></li><li><p>
Communicate regularly with the Collection Development Librarian and other librarian faculty on purchasing decisions, questions, issues, and policies.</p></li><li><p>
Train employees in policies and procedures.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain considerable knowledge of workflows, policies, and procedures in assigned areas, such as library collection development policies and approval plan profiles.</p></li><li><p>
Place all order requests for one-time purchase books and media in print and electronic formats for the Atlanta and Perimeter campus library collections.</p></li><li><p>
Use a variety of automated systems to generate purchase orders and place orders with appropriate vendors.</p></li><li><p>
Monitor available funds and ensure spending guidelines are met, and funds are encumbered appropriately in the library system.</p></li><li><p>

The Analyst Programmer, Intermediate position plays a pivotal role in driving the transformation of raw data into actionable insights. This position is responsible for assisting the Business Analytics team with backend development and report development; The duties of the position require digging deep into complex data and mining solutions and working with attention to detail and accuracy.</p><p>
This successful candidate will have knowledge of analytics with effective storytelling skills and requires working independently and under general supervision. Having the business acumen for technical growth and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues is required.</p><p>
