Job Description<ul><li>Handle routine memorandum and business correspondence.</li><li>Prepare, handle and review all administrative arrangements for the meetings.</li><li>Attending, drafting, and printing the Board Committee minutes.</li><li>Maintaining office files, attending all telephone calls, maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, taking messages, typing and filing, organizing meetings (prepare agendas and taking minutes), handling correspondence, maintaining records of decisions, stamping the items presented to the meetings.</li><li>Prepares the agenda together with the appropriate documentation for meetings</li><li>Provide the required assistance for the Secretary to the Board in terms of follow up &amp; coordination of all administrative tasks related to Relations.</li><li>Ensure and follow up all correspondences with CMA and Kuwait Stock Exchange regarding the disclosure and transparency.</li><li>Entertain in all requests received from Board members.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>On time delivery of secretarial services</li><li>Effective scheduling of meetings</li><li>Timely responding to internal &amp; external customers.</li><li>Successful diary management and travel planning</li><li>Efficient filing and document retrieval</li><li>Language Skills : English &amp; Arabic</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Kuwait City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Secretary: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

We are looking for a Mechanical Designer to support the development and design of trailers, chassis, tanker structures, and heavy vehicle fabrication projects.The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed engineering designs, 3D models, and fabrication blueprints for manufacturing use.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and develop trailer chassis, flatbeds, tankers, and structural frames</li><li>Prepare 2D fabrication drawings and detailed blueprints</li><li>Create 3D CAD models of vehicle structures</li><li>Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) and material specifications</li><li>Coordinate with fabrication workshop for production feasibility</li><li>Ensure designs meet load capacity and structural safety requirements</li><li>Modify designs based on site/fabrication feedback</li><li>Support prototype development and improvements</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years experience in mechanical or structural design</li><li>Experience in vehicle structures / steel fabrication / heavy equipment</li><li>Strong proficiency in CAD/ CATIA V5 software:</li><li>SolidWorks OR equivalent</li><li>Ability to prepare fabrication-ready drawings</li><li>Basic understanding of:</li><li>Structural load distribution</li><li>Welding &amp; steel fabrication processes</li><li>Material selection (MS steel, high-tensile steel, etc.)</li></ul>Deliverables Expected<ul><li>Complete 3D design models</li><li>Manufacturing-ready blueprints</li><li>Welding &amp; assembly drawings</li><li>Material take-off list (BOM)</li><li>Design revisions based on feedback</li></ul>Note to CandidatesThis role involves working on real fabrication and production projects, not only office-based drafting.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract, Internship, New gradWork Location: In person
