 Key Responsibilities:

 Track and manage
 
 project progress, staff workloads, and deliverables
 
 , ensuring timely completion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and manage all
 
 tender submissions
 
 , maintaining deadlines and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and monitor
 
 invoicing, contracts, and client documentation
 
 , ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and optimize
 
 operational processes and systems
 
 for efficiency across the company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the central point of contact for project updates, team coordination, and client queries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular
 
 reports and insights to management
 
 for operational decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all teams are aligned, informed, and performing efficiently across projects.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience as an
 
 Operations Manager or Senior Project Coordinator
 
 in an
 
 interior design, architecture, or construction firm
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of project management and operational workflows in a design environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously with precision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of tendering processes, contracts, and invoicing is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive operational improvements.
 </li>
