Operations Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all operational aspects of our interior design firm. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution, efficient team coordination, and accurate management of contracts, tenders, and invoicing. While experience in business development is a bonus, the focus of this role is operations management across the company .

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee internal operations , ensuring work is distributed efficiently across design and technical teams.
• Track and manage project progress, staff workloads, and deliverables , ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate and manage all tender submissions , maintaining deadlines and compliance.
• Maintain and monitor invoicing, contracts, and client documentation , ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Implement and optimize operational processes and systems for efficiency across the company.
• Serve as the central point of contact for project updates, team coordination, and client queries.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management for operational decision-making.
• Ensure that all teams are aligned, informed, and performing efficiently across projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Senior Project Coordinator in an interior design, architecture, or construction firm .
• Strong understanding of project management and operational workflows in a design environment.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously with precision.
• Knowledge of tendering processes, contracts, and invoicing is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive operational improvements.
