To support this growth, they are looking for a Tech Lead to drive the development of an innovative wealth management platform.</p> Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Lead technical development for the UAE and International market, working closely with product teams.</li> <li>Oversee market-specific integrations and ensure smooth connectivity with the global platform.</li> <li>Collaborate with international engineering teams to shape UAE & International-specific features.</li> <li>Establish operational support processes to maintain service reliability.</li> <li>Conduct technical research on local integrations and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Assist in refining technical specifications for the product team.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>7+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack expertise.</li> <li>Familiarity with Flutter and Node.js (TypeScript) is a plus.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of AWS, with experience in serverless architectures and cloud solutions.</li> <li>Proven ability to design modular, scalable software systems.</li> <li>Comfortable working with remote teams in a distributed engineering environment.</li> <li>Product-driven mindset, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs.</li> <li>Strong Communication skills in English, Arabic is a huge advantage.</li> <li>Experience working with Financial Services in GCC / UAE is a huge advantage.</li> <li>UAE Visa Sponsorship is provided to the right candidate.</li> </ul> Benefits & Perks <ul> <li>Flexible work arrangements to support a balanced lifestyle.</li> <li>Competitive salary and benefits, including medical coverage and educational sponsorship.</li> <li>Career development opportunities within a dynamic fintech environment.</li> </ul> <p>This is a UAE based opportunity, however, remote candidates may be considered given suitable fit and willingness to travel.</p>
